Instead of "admin" account, the usage of "maintainer" accout is going to fix our issue, but note that do not skip to type a key prefix "bcpb" in front of serial number of the device...
e.g: bcpbFGT60xxxxxx
> connect to the Firewall via console cable (Rs232)
> type "mode" on cmd to detect proper connection point (COM3)
> use one of terminal emulater (PuTTy) to get connection with Firewall on Serial/COM3
> power off and power on the Firewall to get serail number and copy it on notepad (FGT60xxxxxx)
> again power off and power on the device, wait till the end of reboot process
> when the login prompt appears, you have to type the following credentials within 15 seconds: username: maintainer
password: bcpbFGT60xxxxxx use right click for the quick copy
now you're in! execute the following command on CLI to set a new password
config system admin
edit admin
set password xxx
end
